Why do I have lines missing?

What is causing my emails to be printed with random lines missing when printed in Portrait, but print without problems when printed in Landscape. I had the same problem when printing from a second printer as well.

check paper settings in paper handling to set

check paper size on tray if app, set to standard or

I had the same problem. I uninstalled the printer on the offending computer, rebooted, reinstalled and it ironed itself out.
