I have my machine on and hooked to the computer. When I click on the Futura Software I have an error Z0001 error Internal I have my CE200 on and hooked up to the computer. When I click to oper Futura Software I get Error Z0001 Internal Error. What is wrong??

I found a solution that seemed to work for my setup (Vista-Futura 200): Go to the Futura support site www.futura-support.com . Choose "Service Updates" from the left-hand Menu. Choose "Quantum® FUTURA™ (CE-200) Owners running Windows XP Service Pack 2 operating system WITH one or more of the Options (AutoPunch, CrossStitch, PhotoStitch, and HyperFont) installed". Look for the bullet-point list in the explanations. It says there: "If you own the AutoPunch Option and you could not successfully install it, download the Service Update by clicking here." Select the highlighted link, download the patch and install it. Worked fine for me, I hope it helps you, too.
