Google com i have a goole e-mail on my Mac Book Pro. OSX Lion and my question is: when I go to delete JUNK mail, I highlight all emails in blue, then go up to delete,when there gone and I then go to delete TRASH,they all go back to JUNK.. How do I permanently get rid of my junk and trash..Thanking you in advance

SOURCE: Mistaken movement of applications and files to trash. Items NOT deleted

Just open the recycle bin and drag them to the desktop.

SOURCE: cannot delete trash or spam from gmail

First you have to select them. On the top line there is a "select all". Then once selected you can delete forever.

There will a Option named "Empty Trash"..Did u try that?

SOURCE: deleted an email from the trash

If you deleted it while you had yahoo mail open...the answer is 'no'.
If you saved a copy of it to your desktop and deleted it....and you have a relatively large hard drive....the answer is 'probably yes'...with a recovery program.
I use a program called 'Search and Recover'
