Won't Boot

My T23 2647 won't start-up blank screen and continous beep sound what will I do...!

Beeps could mean many things depending on the count and duration. A stuck key could cause it. Bad memory...try removing memory sticks one at a time. Also, do a search online for BIOS beep codes, will help pinpoint problem
