Hi,
Check if you have your optic mirrors clean, as well as the lamp and the CCD lens.The CCD couldn't read the white stripe at power up.

Other possible causes:

- Optics motor
- Bind on any paper tray lift (try the machine with the trays open and close them one at a time if the error disappears)
- Look for a pinched wire in the registration unit.

If not solved please call the Minolta Bizhub customer care.
This error code actually occurs only if there is a problem related to the optics.
