When I turn it on the water pump comes on for a few seconds and then stops with the err code 0.00
Hello friend, thanks for your post!
Based off the information you provided your Electrolux washer is displaying "0.00". Typically any error code that is labeled "00" means no error code stored, which means it's a false error code. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer due erase any false error codes. You can do that by disconnecting the power from your appliance, by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker, for ten minutes.
If this step does not help resolve the problem please provide me with the new error code or if your display continues to show "0.00" I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional to come out and properly diagnosis your washer. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
May be it more or less the timer points are bad at that part, most likely you have change the timer.
SOURCE: LG senseclean has water in tub, FE fault code on
The FE error code will appear for two reasons 1)overfilling of the unit 2)under filling (proper water level is not met within 8 minutes of fill time). This could be caused by a few different issues. Most commonly it would be a defective pressure switch which can be accessed by removing the top panel of the washer. There will be 3 torx screws on the back side of the washer that hold
the top panel in place. Once removed you can push back on the top panel
with your palms towards the back wall and it will slide back just a bit
and then lift up out of place. If you remove the rubber hose connected to the pressure switch and blow into the switch you should hear a click. The way it registers water level is by an airpocket from the tub. You could also remove the other end of the hose from the tub and make sure that the line is completely clear and does not have any debris. If the FE error is being displayed only in the first few seconds then you may have a malfunctioning water valve. I would remove both of your lines connecting to the valve and make sure you have good water pressure going through each line and that your screens are not clogged on the hoses. Aslo inspect the screens on your inlet valve to make sure they dont look clogged. Lastly with the top panel off you could use and ohm meter to check continuity of your soleniods on the valve. Just remove the harness and check (if you have continuity it usually indicates the valve is good, however its possible for them to get gunked up and stick shut). Depending on your model it may have multiple solenoids on a single valve most LG's have 4 separate solenoids. Lastly If you find nothing wrong with the valve and try replacing the pressure switch then it would most likely be a central control unit failure, constantly energizing the inlet valve. Because of multiple possible causes for the same error codes these units can be tough to troubleshoot.
I hope this helps _MJ_
SOURCE: only pumps water for a few seconds at start of
Hi,
LE code stands for locked motor error. When this error code appears in your front load washer it indicates a fault in the motor unit.
1 . Check the connections to the Coil/Stator at the rear of the unit possibly it should be something like a broken wire.
2 . Coil/Stator Assembly will be defective preventing the drive to operate. You should go for a replacement of that assembly.
Thank you !!

Testimonial: "Thanks Karl for the tip on testing the pump. The pump did not start when I used an alternative power source so I will be replacing the pump along with the console control board (since the trace was burned on the board). Thanks so much for your help!"
