Dryer runs, but cuts off now and then. When you tap on a relay switch on circuit board starts back

I assume you mean it completely shuts off. If the motor switch or belt switch were bad the dryer wouldn't start at all. the 2 thermal fuse are not resettable so they cannot correct themselves either. sounds like the motor overheating, this could be due to poor airflow.
usually caused by a poor vent system (non metallic or many elbows), or a bad motor. If motor squeals after 10 or 15 minutes (or less) it is likely bad. occasionally an old lint filter becomes clogged if you use dryer sheets, pour water on it and see if it holds in the filter. if so it should be replaced. you could scrub it in hot soapy water as a temporary fix or test.

I had the same problem, make sure the problem is no with the electric cord itself. My repairman told me he has seen a problem with the wires that connect the cord to the board not being tight enough, they short out and literally can catch on fire. He fixed mine for free but told me that this problem can show up six years after you have your dryer. I've had mine for three. The board was fine.

You most likely have a bad motor. Try to spin the dryer drum by hand with the door open, door swich held or taped down, and while pressing start. This will likely get the motor going. If this works try closing the door and starting it again. If it works now the motor may have just had a hard time starting do to it's position or the drum's postition. If it only works when you help it out manually you have a bad motor or maybe a sticky drum/jammed belt/etc. Good luck!

I have a GE (Model #: DCL333EAOWW) Dryer that will not heat up properly and the timer does not work

Had the same problem. Replace the board whole and no more problems. A relay gone is usually a symptom not the cause, you are shorting to ground thus need ti replace whole board
