Some of the 'buffers' on the seat of my Duravit toilet seat and lid have broken off. How can I identify the model and buy spares or replace?

I have not been able to find a "tribeca" on the Duravit website but on the site of one of their parts distributors I found the Duravit Toilet Seat DUR 006331000. Is this your model? Starck 3

On the Duravit website this product looks very similar but not the same number.

I was not able to find replacement hinges for this model sold separately. You might consider using their Find a Retailer feature to find an outlet close to you where you might make inquiries or order hinges and/or a new lid.
