I have a project in the print queue that i cant get rid of and it is blocking the rest of the queue. i have tried cancelling the project, restarting my computer, shutting down the printer and clearing all projects from the queue. still this one job is there and no one can print. please help me.

You should pause the printer, Try to cancel it via the printers and faxes control box.
