Go to Control Panel, Then User Accounts, Then you should see "use windows user account control tab", just de-select it and click on ok, It will tell you that you have to restart your system.
You should also be able to select the get User Account Control (UAC) easily by typing it in the search bar.

Click on start
Type in start search "msconfig" and press enter.
Now system configuration will open
Now click on the "Tools" tab
Now scroll the list down and click on "Disable the UAC"
Restart computer
To enable again follow above procedure but select Enable UAC and restart computer. All the best
