Well you gotta provide the details in scanners configuration where you want the scanner to copy your Documents to .i.e. whether you want it to scan and store it as a image or open it with some Application or you want it to print just assign any one task with proper configuration it will definately work.

Same problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and software for both the scanner and the printer, but the problem remains. All other functions in the Canon Toolbox work as they should. Only the Copy function does not work. I also switched the function assignments around on the buttons. The buttons themselves work okay...it's apparently a problem in the software with the Copy function.
Yep, I've got the same exact problem as stated in the two letters above.
I have exactly the same problem. I like the copy button but I can NOT get it to work. Did the same as the others, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works, help!! Thanks
