I had my system box cleaned for viruses a few months ago and the scanner icon was deleted and I have lost scanner installation cd, how do I get back another installation cd.
Just because the icon gone it is not mean that driver not installed anymore.Go to my computer-drive C-program files-and look for the manufacturers folder.If you have find it open it and look for exe file which should start the utility as usual.If cannot makeit then post the details of the device you need to reinstall on your PC.
