I can not mail you the OS file because it`s too big.a mail can only handle 10 mb.first download bittorent from here http://www.bittorrent.com/btusers/download/complete?os=win . once it`s downloaded and installed goto http://www.mininova.org/tor/2524578 and click on download this torrent.once it`s download the click the file and it will open up with bittorent.it will start downloading it and after finishing it you can write on the CD to install a fresh OS.take care
