Changing message I do not have a manual and I need to change the answer message on our phone system it is the Lucent 18d , I have the voice mail instructions but not the auto answer instructions.

we just bought one of your model KX-TG6845 phones and have the answering button but it says the mail box has not been set up. How can we activate it? I expected it would give the generic greeting and accept a message automatically. Answer by internet or pone 208-375-8489. Or give me a number to call.
