Why on Earth would you try Fixya support rather than Webroot's support for this query, I am beyond imagining --unless they stiffed you! But if you installed it once, why wouldn't you use that installation method again? There probably is someway Webroot knows how many licenses you are employing during such an installation but I don't know for certain. At any rate as this quirey was made in 2017, I suspect you have come to some accommodation by now. In short, there is nothing Fixya can do about a Webroot licensing issue. Contact Webroot support.

if you know registry editor then go regedit find all webroot stuff and delete

your webroot spyware is clashing with some of the security update of windows.

before you install on any of the system just go to run
->msconfig ->startup->disable all->restart and then install the webroot.
