i need a code to make a universal remote work!! On my durabrand 1002 dvd player!!

Apparently there is no code (even according to the manufacturer).

However, one posting reads:

I have a RCA universal remote, (sold at Walmart)
Sanyo code #1189 works on my Duraband TV

So, try 1189 to see if that works
