I need java 8 on my rca tablet to run. a program for work

SOURCE: google chrome is loaded in windows 8 but is running in desktop ,which means i cant use java or other etc

as of what I understood from what you have written(I didn't understand most) you want to run two instances of Chrome in the "Modern style Windows 8" and the Desktop, sadly it's impossible as to many crashes and bugs with it = http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Rfh5Ioih0Is

So, can you please answer these questions (don't type fast, write it clear and short), so that I can finally understand your problem:
1. Is Java installed on your PC?
2. You are using Windows 8, right?
3. Your primary browser is Chrome, yes?
4. IE10 "Modern" can't run Java or Flash?
5. Does the Desktop IE run Java and/or Flash?

If you have more details = just add them at the bottom.

Please make sure even if java installed you need to set the environment variable for class path so that you can run java anywhere.
