E005- bad fixing film or paper is wrap around it. ths code can be also cleared in service mode. you have to call your service rep

Error E005 is displayed when the system detects an error with the temperature switch(s) for the heating element relating to the temptronic system. What does the error message E005 & 004 mean
Hi there
regarding E005 , E004 at JUKI lock stitch machine means :
E004:
=====
synchronizer lower position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
E005:
synchronizer upper position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
if still not solve please change synchronizer with new one.

If restart this write code E005 switch the power off and on again
A E005 means that the fuser cleaning web needs to be replaced or the web counter needs to be rest. You need to go into the service mode and go to the counter's and reset the web counter....I would also replace the fuser cleaning web and also empty out the waste toner as well... Good Luck

Gaggenau oven BO 270 error code E005
We have a Gaggenau BO250/251. It gave error code E005, and after a lot of frustration, we opened the left hand light (NOT the light at the top of the owen) and fiddled a little with the bulb. And voila, the owen worked again.


Stupid design to disable the owen when the light does not work. Bravo, Gaggenau....

Hi

Error E005 means the fuser cleaner roller has run out & may need a replacement. If the error is false it will disappear by following the reset procedure. To clear this error code press * 2 and 8 * in that 2&8 are pressed simultaneously. Go to the web counter and clear the counter back to Zero (0). Machine will now restart your machine & error code will disappear. If this doesn't help then try clearing both web counters in service mode, COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>.
