Um, that would be 1.0 - [(17.5-11)/17.5]=0.6286 or 62.86%. There will be a slight rounding error of 0.005, but that is just 5 thousandths of an inch. You can get a 'teensy' - real 'teensy' - bit closer, if you round to more than the four (4) significant digits - which is the precision that I used - to the right of the decimal point.

You should just be able to place paper on the tray and then select the bypass tray under "properties", "Paper", then under "tray" select "bypass tray" when printing.
