The manual can be found HERE.
On the left side of the page, under "Browse Subcomponents" you can use your RIGHT mouse button to open each page in a seperate window. This reduces the use of your BACK button, and personally, I find it more convenient.

look under cwl12d clarke wood lathe manual. this has all the instructions that are almost the same as the nwl37-2 i have a nwl37-2 and this manual shows what should be there.
