Won't play channels keep saying error on android phone
You can restart and/or shut off your phone for a while. You could also take out the battery for a while, if you can.

When you hook up the phone to your stereo did you put your phone in mass storage mode? It has to be turned in to storage mode in order for the phone to connect to the stereo. Try it and get back to me....

Use Google search on internet to look for Google play. Try to install. If not factory reset of phone as last resort. Save all important items to SD card and remove before reset.
