SOURCE: Intermatic timer will not turn pool pump off
If your timer is not turning off the pump its probably wired incorrectly. Check the wires on the back of timer as it should work the same as a regular light switch. They may be reversed.

If the pool pump timer is not working, first look and see if the clock dial is moving, if not then you need to check the 120volt breaker that feeds it ,, then you would check the connections on the timer to be certain that they are correct.

The problem here is I cannot identify E106 timer

Maybe you have T106 2-speed pump motor?
