Got the Bloomfield Integrity tea brewer 3 gal. size 2nd hand. Don't have a manual. The tea is too weak. It seems there is too much cold water & not enough hot water going through the tea. I am using Lipton gal. size tea bags (4 or more) in the brew basket. Tea bags are fresh. The water temp coming out is quite hot. I wait until the 'ready to brew' light comes on to push the brew button. I'm thinking I need to adjust the hot to cold ratio, but don't know how. Help Please! Thank you.
Hello, I have worked on many bunn and other make ice tea makers but am not too familiar with this one, but as is common to all there should be 2 timers, one for the hot one for the cold. They are normally located under the top panel or inside the front panel. for 3 gallons you should be brewing 64oz of hot water through the 1oz tea bags (3-4) depending on taste as a rule of thumb.
