I also get a message saying a problem occured during harware installation. your new hardware might not work properly.

unplug it go to add an remove . remove it. put you cd in after you restart . install driver remove cd after its done power off install your hardware power up pc will now see new hardware wait untill its done ... this will work for you..Good Luck
