Yes.
Install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
Problem is, that Adobe doesn't state that YOU have to remove the old version, to install the new one.

When you install a newer version of Flash Player, it doesn't automatically uninstall the old version. This has to be done manually.
(Things they don't tell you)

How?
Use the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.

http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

The link above is to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center. At the very bottom of the page the Uninstaller is listed.
Click on the blue -> Tech Note

Or copy and paste this link into your address bar, and press the Enter key,

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

On this page you'll see ->
1.Download the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.

Under this heading you'll see the file name to click on for Windows, and for Mac computers.
[There are 3 listed for MAC. Pick the appropriate MAC version]

For example, for Windows you would click on the blue -> uninstall_flash_player.exe

If you do not have your downloads set to go to your My Documents folder, (Start>My Documents), this file will go to your desktop screen.
BE SURE you have all programs, and applications closed, (No windows open), then
double-click on it to open it.

Follow the simple instructions. After you are finished you may be asked to restart your computer. When Windows loads again, go to Adobe.com, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Thank you for the suggestions, however, I've already taken all these steps (including uninstall/install, enable Flash, etc.) and even though the installer says it's complete and installed, Flash is not showing up anywhere in my Applications, and Smilebox still requests a Flash update.
