My desktop has msg: problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage. Give steps to do but ultimately goes right back to this error. Can't rebook with CD, can't go to safe mode, can't got to last good known operation.

i did see error of a problem has been detected and windows has shut down. can't boot for cd rom, can't go to safe mode. rand ide dianostics hardware passed. but microsoft said it is hardware so both dell and microsoft deciding who is who. if this also does not resolve then.. please reformat your computer..

btw does it give you another error message..

something like this - "NTLDR is missing. Press Clt+Alt+Del to Restart"
