I also get this problem with the command&conquer generals zero hour but when I try to play the game an error occur it said "You have encountered a serious error.Serious errors can be caused by many things including viruses,overheated hardware and hardware that does not meet the minimum specifications for the game."But when I checked my computers there's no virus or infected files,overheated hardware and all the hardware are the maximum specifications for the games but the game still not working.What should I do?please help me.
Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it
