When i switch my printer on there is no error code.but when i go to print it comes up error see your printer documentation.please help.
Check printer status it has to on "ready" status, then again try to print a demo page located on your printer settings that you don't need to have computer connected. if you can print demo page that you know printer is working fine then again you only have to try for PC connectivity and drivers. if you can print demo page trough printer replug USB still if its not working try to reinstall drivers.
