My mouse won't scroll?!?

looks like a defective one return it

SOURCE: scroll wheel not responding. It may be dirty how do I clean or fix it?

Hey,

Check that scroll lock is off
also try reinstalling the logitech software incase some setting is wrong, or you could go over all your settings in the logitech program to see what could be causing it.

Optical mice often drift, if the surface they are on is less than ideal. Try a mouse pad designed for optical mice. Banging it repositions the whole mouse to a new location optically, where it is able to determine it isn't moving.

SOURCE: Wheel will not do just a standard scroll

You should make sure that you have the LX7 Setpoint software installed to set the features you want. For the scroll button or button three if pressed, I have mine set to zoom (first selection). The scroll function of the wheel should be automatic. Go the mouse movement settings and set the scroll size to 6 lines. That should allow you to scroll your pages adequately. Use your G-9 software, go to buttons and click on the scroll tab.
Chose Macro.
Then record what you want done in other words
open your browser and move the bar up and down with your mouse and make sure you save it.
then try it and i bet it works.
