If you cant see any obvious paper jams, try to look closely into the rollers or the inside. There could be some tiny paper shreds stuck within those rollers. Or there could be a tiny piece of paper blocking the printer's sensor and thus giving you a paper jam error. Take off the side panels and the back with a screw driver It is where the sensors are located.
It will depend if it is a false paper jam, it would be better if you would call HP.
if not, you can take out the paper at back, there will be a rear door access.
