Ok i turn on my playstation and the screen that says browser and configuration comes up like normal but it will never do anything else and i can click on browser and it will bring up the memory card and it just keeps saying reading disk and it just keeps saying reading disk and its a brand new game i just took it out of th wrapper and now my playstaion is messed up whats wrong plzzz help!!!!!!!
Sounds like you have a laser eye off track,or dirty one.try using a cleaning kit first this may solve your issue without having to do anything.if this doesnt solve it then please post again and i will walk you through what we need to look at
