Computer is doing something ive never experienced

This only happens when I play games so far but sometimes at random times my screen will freeze and the audio will cut out. I cant click anything I cant pull up task manager but the pc is still running. The only way to fix it is to click the power button on the pc. Ive tried everything I could find, ive tested everything. I cannot for the life of me figure out whats wrong. It either started when i got the pc or a couple months after. Its barely over a year old.

There could be several reasons why your screen is freezing and the audio is cutting out while playing games. Some possible causes include:

  • Overheating: Make sure that your computer is properly ventilated and that the internal temperature is not too high. Clean the dust inside the computer and check if the fans are working properly.
  • Driver issues: Make sure that the graphics card and sound card drivers are up to date, and that they are compatible with the games you are playing.
  • Power supply: Make sure that your power supply unit is providing enough power to your computer.
  • Memory issues: Make sure that you have enough RAM, and that it is properly seated.
  • Virus or malware: Perform a full scan of your computer to check for any viruses or malware that may be causing the problem.
  • Hard disk: Check the health of your hard drive using diagnostic tools and make sure it's not failing.
  • Overclocking: If you have overclocked your PC, try to revert the clock speeds to default.
It's difficult to say exactly what the problem is without more information, but by checking these possible causes, you may be able to identify and fix the issue. If the problem persists, it would be best to contact the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance.
