Hello my friend, see to it that your printer Epson Stylus is properly connected to your computer (USB Connection). Mostly when printer get off-line are not Power-ON, USB connection failure, or manually set to printer ONLINE. Printer are detected by your printer initially when power on or you may be hear some sound if the printer is connected or ready.
If not go to Printer Properties and manually select "PRINTER ONLINE". This are some problems that encounter with the printer.

Ou can try this steps...
Usually this problem arises when your printer has no physical connection to your pc. Please check the usb cable from the printer to the pc. Place it snuggley fitted on its port. It still doesn't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB printer cable and reconnect it again.
After doing this, you need to go to "RUN" type services.msc and then find print spool and right click, then choose restart.
