Hi guys, I have an Oce Plotwave 365, which has error 22552 ! i checked the USB Connections between Spider I/O PBA and Controller. they are Ok! Controller's PLC Windows starts up normally ! all LEDs on Spider I/O PBA and Spider Core PBA are in normal situation ! Please give me advise what should i do now ? do i have to replace Spider Core PBA? do i have to replace Spider I/o PBA? or i missed to check something in between ? there is no Oce or Canon Representative in my region, so i have to do everything by my own, and also i am an Legacy Oce TDS series Expert in service and Technical!

The error 22552 means that the computer has lost its connections with the printer so you have to check first if the connections are right before replacing any of the machines,you may have missed something in between

Actually yes… i just installed a new Spider Core PBA , and installed latest version of PLC on controller, simultaneously it will install the latest ESW on Spider Core PBA! It seems its a bug on 1.x.x version of ESW & PLC which may cause the Spider Core defective
Amin, I also have a plotwave 365 with this error 22552, though i'm not as familiar with it as you are. the large printed circuit board on the same side of the machine as the touchscreen has one red LED lit up, i'm assuming this is an indication of a problem. i've read your 2nd post that you were able to fix your plotter by replacing a board or two and upgrading the software/firmware. any chance you can share the source of parts and firmware files? I am trying to locate a service company, but none have called back yet (central TX near Temple). Thank you.
