Emerson will support the 475 communicator through the end of September, 2020. Transcat is able to support your 475 communicators with Easy Upgrades purchased from Transcat now and beyond September, 2020.

What does this mean?

Emerson will continue to add DD's (device drivers) to the Easy Upgrades through September, 2020. Both Emerson and Transcat can perform your Easy Upgrades during this time. Starting in October, 2020, while there will be no additional DD's added to the Easy Upgrade offering, Transcat can perform the Easy Upgrade on any 475's purchased through Transcat after September 2018 with the available DD's as of 9/30/20.
