Can you replace the telescoping handle on Vera Bradley 2 wheeled carry on luggage? if so, where to get parts and how to specify them or where to get the service?

I found Vera Bradley customer service. As the suitcase is out of warrantee, they could not replace and further they could/would not suggest any repair service or way to get replacement parts. .

All parts are available, as I said, they are all generic Chinese spares. In most cases they remove the handle and and inside frame and replace the complete handle unit. There are also repairers. I worked at a Toronto Pearson airport for 9 years and every carrier has a repairer. My Profile image here on Fixya is in the British Airways Lounge.
