Reset button doesn't seem to do anything. When I flip the wall switch, I hear power, but nothing happens. Flipped the breaker on & off. Nada.
Read about power being disconnected, but I can't seem to find a power cord whatsoever.

It was common for disposals to be direct wired. There will be an electrical cable going to the disposal. If you're uncomfortable removing cover plates and using a multimeter to check power, get a noncontact voltage probe from your local hardware/home improvement store. ~$20 US.
