Sciphone i9 java script and internet browser is in chinese?

How do i get my Sciphone i9 web browser to english? everything else is in english until i try to search the web and then it goes to chinese. im thinking maybe it has something to do with the java based language? help

You need to install an english browser!

Google for "opera mobile" and download it.

that doesnt work i have a sciphone i9 everything is in english apart from the java apps iv tryed downloading opera mobile but when it comes down again its in english iv tryed everthing plzzzzzzzzz some one help what can i do to get my java to english :(
