Can somebody post the code list for the omnitech giant universal remote model number 15331. Or atleast the codes for all toshiba tvs.

The very first one worked for me and I have the Omnitech universal giant remote.

Turn on the device you are wishing to program, then click the code search button, then press the device on the controller you would like to program (e.g t.v dvd, vcr) then you push the on off button until the device turns off, then press enter to store the code. this is the automatic way.
Here are the codes for Toshiba, 049, 071, 072, 105,109, 117, 118, 160, 162, 201, 207, 232, Hope this helps you.
There is a manual that comes with the remote and it's between the cardboard backing in the plastic holder. Hard to get but it's there.

The giant Omnitech remote worked on my Moterola cable box but some of the buttons are a bit mixed up. Does anyone know how to fix that. Oh and thanks for solution # 6 that got it work in the first place.

Hold downdown code search and then press the button that corosponds with your device. Press the on/off button slowly until your device turns of then press the enter button. Works for devices that arn't listed, I just got my Motorola cable box to work.

No instructions given with purchase of programmable remote, and as I've never done this before the problem was not fixable through logic. The insert says "code search button finds device codes automatically", and that's it! Poor marketing.
I managed to get my sanyo tv to work after several tries and got my motorola cable box to turn OFF but not back on again...the phillips dvd player still will not work.

I cant get the code to my tv I got riped off.
I can't get the remote to work with my Starchoice Motorola HD Satellilte Box. I tried the automatic device search and it did turn the box off but I could not get it to turn it on or control anything on the box. I did everything according to the manual. Also same problem with my Sony DVD player/recorder. The only device that works no problem is my Sony TV.
So if anyone has any codes for the Motorola and Sony dvd that are not in the manual I would appreciate it.
Using the automatic search I was able to program my DVD's code but it took a while. Now how can I see the stored code? The suggestion in the intructions looks awfully similar to the procedure used to program a code and I obvioulsly don't want to erase the stored code.
