Each time I turn the system on it initializes each of the five disk make a noise and then gives the following message "roll error". I cannot eject any of the disk.

after switching on the unit, initial is displayed through all 5 discs then roll error flashes up and nothing else can be done with the cd player. all other functions radio, cassette etc still function normal. i have reset my system, cleaned eveything i possibly can but still nothing!! help pls???
