Your going to have to give us more to go on that Intel inside pent 3 1000 mhz. All you've given us is the cpus info, list motherboard, computer brand, make model, memory type, hard drive, etc. Otherwise, were just as lost as you.

It sounds like it fried your hard drive. Power outages are deadly. I have a UPC that protects the machine from such a thing. I live in a old area that the power lines are underground, and when it rains the old lines get wet and presto no power.
Do you have another hard drive you could put in as a master drive? Leave your old drive in as a slave, and then boot to the new one and at least you can get the data off that drive so you don't loose the data?

the power went off and the power came back i starded my computer and it keep showing a error tell me i need to reconfigure and terminated my configuration
