Hi, I have just purchased a new Dualit Vario 3 slice toaster on ebay. Although it seems to toast quite well I am not sure if it is working correctly. Specifically, the two outside elements (at either end of the toaster) do not seem to glow as the others do. Is this normal? Or do I have a couple of faulty elements? Many thanks for your help.
