Open your CPU cabinet. You see there RAM chip (DDR or SD )Dissconnect it from Motherboard. Clean it and if two chips are there alternate there positions otherwise connect it as it is. It wll solve your problem

The beep code you are getting means the menory is bad or not recognized by system . This unit has chip kill which will mark chips bad if they are failing or off spec. If you are sure chips are inserted correctly (labels facing tword processor ) and properly seated you may need to buy a pair of new chips . You can run the advanced diagnostics that came with system.

I had this same problem. i diagnosed the three beeps with no video to a bad startup processor. i switched out the sticks of RAM that came with the computer and now it works. not sure why the post code i was directed to dealt with the processor, though.

Well I've disconnected about everything from the MB including taking the ram out and switching their slots. Right now the only thing that is still connected is the power supply, all the scsi and eide cables are unplugged, Still getting the 3 beeps that keeps repeating, no video at all.
Had same problem, swapped RAM still nothing, I think MB might be dead
