When I try to open a particular project, I get the message, "Suretrak has encountered a locking error. Error code: MG81." Then there's a message that it is unable to access the project. What could be causing this error? I have the project saved on a network folder with other projects, but have not problem opening the other projects.

When I had this issue it was fixed by removing any references to a logo that was not valid anymore. Go to Page Setup-Footer and if any of the Footer Blocks reference a Logo you can either click on each one, which will bring up a Flie Path selection box, or remove any logos by hitting the down arrow and changing from Logo to none.
