Hi. This does sound like a Java error. Since the Harmony software is a Java application, you need to have the Java run-time installed on your computer in order for it to work. I suggest visiting http://www.Java.com to install the latest version of Java on your computer. It's completely free.
Once you have Java installed, you can download and install the Harmony software again. This can be done at http://Logitech.com/myharmony.

What do i need to do to install java games on my myphone t23duo..
This is general method to install software in cellphone via PC :
1. Install PC Suite driver in your PC
2. Connect your phone to PC via USB cable or via bluetooth
3. If the PC Suite have specific menu to install software (like Nokia PC Suite) you can install your java software instantly
4. If the PC Suite don't have this support, then you must install them manually as describes below.
- Copy your java installer files in to your phone memory card
- Plug off your phone from your PC
- Open data in your phone memory where the files were saved
- Click the file and click Option and choose Install the file
- Your java software ready to use.

If you are using any form of Anti Virus software, it could be stopping the installation process. Go to the SUN Java website, and download the latest version. Save it to your desktop. Take a moment to reboot your machine completely. DO NOT start any other programs after rebooting. Stop or disable your ANTI VIRUS software. Install the JAVA update and reboot. The update should work, and upon rebooting after the install, your AV software should start again. If it is still disabled, enable it.
