Java lang not enough memory - Cell Phones

I need to know how to reset or wipe clean because i cant get jpast this message at all uncaught exception:java.lang.nullpointerexception i cant do anything help

Check the memory status of your phone.If it about fully used move some data on your Memory Card. Recover at least 5 MB of space from the phone memory and try again.
If this doesn't work soft reset your phone by *#7780# or by *#7370#.
