When I try to download Java, I get the error message #25099 - Error unzipping core files. The fix tells me to remove C:Program FilesJavajre6. However, I cannot locate this file anywhere to remove it. Can you help?

If you are using windows xp, go to Start - Search, on the left panel, select all files and folders, under "All or part of the file name" type in Javajre6. See if that helps.
