Hi everyone, I have HP Compaq6910 notebook. The problem is that when it start windows it was too slow. It will take almost 3 minutes to display the Windows loading bar and another 3 minutes to log in to Windows. I checked the resources usage and the result is that the resource usage by CPU wen to 100% all the time. My system came with 2GB of RAM. I also did HDD test in the BIOS and found the result that "error to read HDD". Does the actual cost for my slowing system came from Memory fault or the HDD? Hope someone can help me. Thank you.

I think that would be the case if I manage to enter windows properly. Unfortunately,I already format it, during the format session, it took me almost 4 hours to be completed which I thought was not reasonable. From my view, the problem may occur from the hardware itself but not really sure which one would be the cause.
