I have experienced this same fault code a few times. Actually it is just some stray beans that are not allowing the puck compressor to make its full stroke. Solution; Remove the water tank.. Turn unit on it's side and remove coffee beans. Turn unit over til it is resting on it's top. Shake and bang on unit to dislodge stuck beans. Upright unit, replace water tank and add beans. Enjoy coffee.
I have the same problem..... you have a faulty brew unit... you will need to send your unit to Jura USA for repair..... I know this the hard way as I cant get them to sell me the darned spare part....
