Question

I have a kyocera FS-C5030N printer and it will not print anything we send to it. I tried to print something about 3 weeks ago that is still in my status page for the printer. I tried deleting it and the status says deleting, but it will never delete. Any suggestions?

Check cable is secure from pc to printer

Check printer can print a status page via printer keypad and is online/ready

If these are ok then it is a print driver issue

Turn off printer, Unplug usb, delete and reinstall print driver
